When using insurance, clients are responsible for copay/coinsurance and deductibles. We are happy to help you verify your insurance benefits.

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. We are happy to provide clients with detailed receipts for services to provide to insurance companies for reimbursement.

Private/self-pay for therapy services is also accepted. Please contact us directly to discuss private pay rates.

Good Faith Estimate

“You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the expected medical service charges, including mental health care. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, which includes mental health care. You can also ask your healthcare provider and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill of at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers or call our office at (248) 289-8391.
